Movers Ballet and Contemporary Dance

Our Movers classes are Ballet and Contemporary Dance classes for adults over 50 and run on Thursday and Friday mornings. We explore ballet technique and terminology, building strength, coordination and stamina as well as developing the expressive side of dance. No experience necessary and the class can be tailored to accommodate your needs. Classes are paid monthly.
