Head Chef Russel Baker and his team will create an exceptional four-course menu that celebrates the very best seasonal ingredients from North Kent's outstanding farmers, fishermen and producers. Each course has been thoughtfully paired with a selection of Gusbourne's finest wines, including some of the most treasured vintages from our cellar.
