Facilitator Training Course – Call out!

The Gulbenkian Arts Centre is running a Facilitator Training course in 2027, focusing on developing work with young people. The course will take place over 7 sessions, each with a different theme, and will be led by Emma Willatts, the in-house Creative Engagement Practitioner. The training is open to anyone 18+ interested in developing their skills as a facilitator and will be offered as a Pay What You Decide opportunity. The course aims to provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to share ideas, network, and develop their skills in theatre facilitation. Previous participants have praised the course for providing a welcoming space to meet fellow creatives and gain invaluable knowledge. The course will cover topics such as planning, creating the right space, and adaptability, and will be applicable to a wide range of creative settings. To register interest, participants can fill out a questionnaire, and the deadline for applications is Friday 4th December.
