A Question of Consent

A Question of Consent is a unique and highly entertaining event presented by Kent Law School. The event is a mock trial where the audience has the chance to sit in on a courtroom drama. The story revolves around Charlie Ogden, a first-year student at Gulbenkian University, who met the defendants, Jordan Ashe and Ellis Dance, in a bar. After a night of drinking and taking heroin, Charlie died from an overdose. The question is, who injected the heroin into Charlie? The event features a real judge, a jury selected from the audience, and barristers and witnesses who are students or former students of the law school. The verdict will be decided by the jury, and after the verdict is delivered, the actors will reveal what really happened.
