Reset Under Full Moon
An immersive wellness experience is coming to Hove, offering a unique chance to reset and rejuvenate. This special event harnesses the energy of the full moon to help participants release tension and stress.
Originating from a deep understanding of the human need for release and rejuvenation, The Special Rituals is an immersive wellness experience that begins with a circle gathering. Here, participants are invited to write down the things they wish to release, setting the tone for a transformative experience.
The experience is carefully structured to guide participants through a series of calming and grounding activities, including 20 minutes of gentle breathwork and a sauna session. Led by Barby, a qualified breathwork and life coach practitioner, the ritual also includes a 1.5 hour guided session and a 30 minute fire circle with food and tea.
Barby's own self-healing journey has given her a unique insight into the benefits of breathwork and sauna, which she now shares with others through her work. Using rhythmic breathing techniques set to music, she helps participants release tension and stress, promoting a deeper sense of calm and well-being.
