Are you curious about the world of horticulture and want to learn the basics to tend to your own garden or pursue a new career? • Seed sowing and planting will be covered, giving students a solid foundation in the fundamentals of horticulture. • The course will also delve into preparing the ground and maintaining and caring for a planted area, essential skills for any aspiring gardener. • Students will have the opportunity to learn about plant identification and create their own hanging baskets, all while working towards a nationally recognised City & Guilds Level 1 Award in Practical Horticulture Skills.
