Folkestone Harbour Sauna Ritual
Experience a unique blend of heat, sound, and stillness with a guided sauna ritual. Let go of your worries and immerse yourself in a soothing atmosphere.
As the temperature rises, sauna master Bissan The Dreamer will lead participants through a carefully crafted ritual, weaving together meditation, visualisation, and immersive soundscapes to create a truly immersive experience.
The guided sauna ritual will take place on Tuesday, 10 November 2026, at Folkestone Harbour Arm, Folkestone. Doors open at 6pm, with the ritual starting at 6.30pm sharp, so attendees are advised to arrive by 6.15pm for check-in. To prepare, participants are asked to bring swimwear, flip flops, and drinking water.
With the option to take a cold plunge at their own pace, attendees can surrender to the heat, sound, and stillness, letting go of their worries and allowing themselves to fully relax. Tickets are with the button beside the article.
