Guided Sauna Ritual @ Sea Scrub Sauna

A guided sauna ritual with sauna master Bissan The Dreamer. Over the evening she’ll take you through meditation, visualisation journeys and immersive soundscapes, with leaf whisking woven in, each wave of heat timed with the music so you stop watching the clock and simply let go. The cold plunge is there if you fancy it, entirely at your own pace. Heat, sound, stillness. Nothing to do but surrender. Bring swimwear, flip flops and drinking water. Doors open at 6pm and the ritual starts at 6.30pm sharp, so aim to arrive by 6.15pm for check-in.
