The New Awkward Vol 1: PVA, Faux Real and more

Awkwardness Happening presents a bank holiday all-dayer celebrating new music discovery. The event features PVA, blending techno, acid house, and post-punk, with their debut album Blush being compared to Mandy Indiana and early 90s industrial electronica. Faux Real, a Franco-American duo, combines post-punk, glam rock, and contemporary R&B with a unique sense of humor. Other performers include Vodka Terry and KLEN, a Cornwall-based band influenced by garage punk and 1960s UK freakbeat. Their music has been featured on Apple Music One's 'The Matt Wilkinson Show', with praise for their live performances.
