Solve-Along-A-Murder-She-Wrote is a unique and hilarious night featuring games, prizes and audience participation, with special permission from NBC Universal Television. The show features a race to solve the crime, a Cabot Cove quiz, a singalong to the theme tune with new lyrics, and clips and biogs of the campy guest stars. It is hosted by super-fan Tim Benzie. The event is part of the Brighton Dome Comedy Festival in Cahoots with Komedia. Two episodes are featured: “THREE STRIKES, YOU’RE OUT” and “A CHRISTMAS SECRET”. In “THREE STRIKES, YOU’RE OUT”, Jessica enters the world of professional baseball when her nephew Johnny makes the big league, but a murder soon puts the game on hold. In “A CHRISTMAS SECRET”, Jessica Fletcher confronts shady secrets in Cabot Cove, until someone dressed as Santa Claus shoots someone. The show has played to sell-out audiences across the UK, Ireland, the USA and Australia, as well as the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2023-2025, Adelaide Fringe 2025 and the Murder, She Wrote Festival 2025 (California).
