Rob Newman: 21st Century Survival Guide

Rob Newman returns to offer a Survival Guide to the 21st Century. He explores how to defend ourselves from oil shocks, chatbots and billionaire Tech Bros inciting civil war. He also looks at how to stop AI stealing half our water, and water companies poisoning the rest. In a whistlestop tour of new ideas, Newman explores what clues history offers us for when the rich and powerful go ape.
He has been praised by critics, with The Scotsman calling him a superhero of comedy, the Evening Standard describing him as one of comedy's most skilled performers, and The Guardian saying his shows are a joy to watch. The Sunday Times has also described him as the funniest comedian they have ever seen, passionate and chaotically brilliant.
This event will take place in the Komedia Basement with unreserved cabaret seating and is suitable for ages 16+. A snack menu is available.
