It’s Christmas Eve, and festive lights twinkle as a dusting of snow settles on rooftops. The sleepy town of Kingston Falls appears to be a winter wonderland… that is, until the gremlins take over. A father receives a strange pet called a Mogwai for his son, but things take a dark turn when the rules for caring for it are not followed, unleashing a horde of destructive creatures on the town.
