Folkestone Marketplace 2026

Folkestone Marketplace is open for 2026 featuring a handpicked selection of makers, bakers, creators and artisans. Every Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday, bespoke huts will throw open their doors for visitors to peruse. The Marketplace is home to a collection of small, independent shops and stores, offering a wide range of eclectic items.

The Marketplace is looking for traders to join, with applications open for 2027. Traders can sell a variety of products, including handmade or locally sourced items. The Marketplace considers several factors when selecting traders, including quality, hut decoration and layout, product range, and price range.

Hut rental fees vary depending on the type of trading and the duration of the rental. Traders are required to open for weekend trading, but can also opt for weekday trading at an additional charge. The huts are approximately 3m x 3m, with two front facing doors and a canopy, and are ready to be transformed by traders. Ready to Eat traders are allowed to do more within the restrictions of their unit and must be fully EHO & Health and Safety compliant.
