Volunteer roles

Opportunities vary between events and may include:

• Welcoming visitors and providing information
• Supporting event set-up and pack-down
• Helping with activities and audience engagement
• Assisting event teams with practical tasks
• Supporting accessibility and the visitor experience
• Helping to keep event spaces tidy and welcoming

Who can volunteer?

We are looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy working with others. You do not need previous event experience unless a particular role says otherwise. We will explain what is involved before you commit.

What to expect

You will receive information about your role, timings and the event before your shift. Where appropriate, the event team will provide a briefing and a named contact for support.
