Trade with Hidden Beach
Hidden Beach brings together independent traders, makers, food businesses and creative brands at markets, cultural gatherings and festivals.
From markets at Stade Open Space to larger events such as Hidden Bestival 2027, we create opportunities for traders to meet new audiences and become part of welcoming, memorable experiences.
Who we’re looking for
We welcome applications from:
- Independent food and drink traders
- Artists, makers and designers
- Vintage, fashion and lifestyle sellers
- Local producers and small businesses
- Community-led and ethical enterprises
- Traders offering distinctive products or experiences
We look for businesses that care about quality, presentation and customer experience. We especially value original ideas, responsible trading practices and offers that complement the character of each event.
What to expect
Every event is different. When applications open, we’ll share the relevant dates, location, expected trading hours, pitch options, fees and practical requirements.
Successful applicants will receive the information they need ahead of the event, including arrival and setup arrangements, site rules, safety requirements and key contacts.
Before you apply
Please be ready to provide:
- Your business and contact details
- A clear description of what you sell
- Recent photographs of your products and trading setup
- Your pitch size and power requirements
- Relevant licences, registrations and insurance
- Food hygiene information where applicable
- Links to your website or social channels
Submitting an application does not guarantee a pitch. Applications are reviewed against the needs, capacity and overall mix of each event.
