The Hope & Ruin (Brighton)

Are you ready to experience the raw energy of Brighton's emerging music scene? On Saturday, 12 December 2026, The Hope & Ruin in Brighton will play host to Triptych IX, featuring three exciting bands: Magda, Divorce Attorney, and M. Woodroe. Each band brings their own unique sound to the table, from Magda's uncompromising post-punk to Divorce Attorney's art punk and M. Woodroe's moody alternative sound.

Magda, hailing from Brighton, has gained a cult following for their erratic and powerful live performances, which fuse off-kilter post-punk with alt-rock and noise. Divorce Attorney, meanwhile, is known for their eccentric live sets, which often feature unusual instruments like the Keytar and Tuba. M. Woodroe, a four-piece band from Brighton, has quickly made a name for themselves with their boundary-pushing lyrics and sound, which contemplate themes of gender, sexuality, and desire.

The event is part of a three-night series, each accompanied by a limited-edition lathe-cut vinyl release - only 15 copies will be available for each night. To be a part of this exciting evening, tickets are with the button beside the article. With their unique sounds and energetic live performances, Magda, Divorce Attorney, and M. Woodroe are sure to deliver an unforgettable night of music at The Hope & Ruin in Brighton on 12 December 2026.
