Christmas Cheer

Brighton Chorale will perform at Fabrica in Brighton on Tuesday, 15 December 2026. The choir, formed earlier this year under the direction of Peter Dutton, brings together experienced singers for an uplifting evening of choral music and festive cheer.

The programme features a varied selection of choral favourites, including Elgar’s _Songs from the Bavarian Highlands_ and beautiful Christmas works such as _There is no rose of such virtue_ by Joubert and _Bethlehem Down_ by Peter Warlock. The choir will also perform traditional carols, and the audience will have the opportunity to join in singing some much-loved carols.

The concert begins at 7.30pm, with doors opening at 6.45pm. The Fabrica bar will be open throughout the evening, serving drinks, mulled wine and mince pies. There will also be a short interval during the concert, giving attendees a chance to refresh and socialise.

Brighton Chorale is a new choir, formed under the direction of Peter Dutton. The choir brings together singers who have performed together in other choirs for many years, and this inaugural concert marks an exciting new chapter for the group.
