Create With Passion At We Need Your Art
Amie McNee shares her vision for a creative revolution, guiding artists to produce consistent and reliable content. By attending We Need Your Art, participants can expect to gain a fresh perspective on their artistic endeavors.
On Wednesday, 13 January 2027, at Resident Music in Brighton, Amie McNee will present We Need Your Art, a manifesto on the importance of creating. As the voice behind Inspired to Write, Amie has guided numerous artists in their endeavors, and this event is an opportunity for her to share her expertise with a wider audience.
Amie McNee's work focuses on helping artists develop a sustainable creative habit, avoiding burnout and producing consistent content. Her approach emphasizes the importance of small, daily steps, such as writing 500 words each day or creating a pencil sketch every evening. By doing so, artists can begin to see themselves as creatives and take their art seriously.
Through frank conversations on issues like impostor syndrome, perfectionism, and procrastination, Amie provides a framework for artists to overcome common obstacles. Her goal is to empower creatives to produce art proudly, without shame or fear. Tickets are with the button beside the article.
