Brighton Garden Design Course

On Thursday, 5 November 2026, the Garden Design Gateway Level 3 Certificate will commence at One Garden Brighton, Brighton, and will run until Saturday, 26 June 2027. • Learn how to carry out site surveys and assess site characteristics to incorporate into your design, as well as refine your designs with hard landscaping details. • Explore the fundamental principles of garden design, including standard graphics and the relationship between mass and void, to create balanced, harmonious spaces. • Gain in-depth knowledge of hard landscaping materials, and learn how to select the right features to complement your design vision, as well as master the full garden design process.

By the end of this Level 3 Certificate, participants will have the advanced skills to refine their design portfolio, understand the business of garden design, and confidently step into the industry. The course is a portfolio-based programme, where learners gather evidence of their learning through practical assignments and projects, and is suitable for those who have completed the Level 2 Garden Design course.
