Maidstone Welcomes Lotto Boyzz

Lotto Boyzz's music is a fusion of hip-hop, grime, and UK rap, with a unique sound they call 'afrobbean', which blends elements of Afro-Caribbean music. The duo, made up of Ash Kirnon and Lucas Henry, met at a Birmingham youth club in 2011 and began making music together, initially as Ash X Lucas. They later rebranded as Lotto Boyzz and have since gained prominence in the Afroswing scene.

The duo's sound is characterised by witty lyrics, infectious beats, and melodic hooks. Their music often features Auto-Tuned vocals and midtempo beats, as seen in their 2017 debut EP Afrobbean (The Genre Definition). With tracks like Birmingham (Anthem) and No Don, Lotto Boyzz have built a reputation for delivering high-energy performances with plenty of audience interaction.

Lotto Boyzz will be performing at The Source in Maidstone on Thursday, 5 November 2026. Tickets are with the button beside the article. Fans of the duo can expect a lively show with plenty of upbeat rhythms and catchy songs, showcasing their unique blend of genres and energetic stage presence.
