Art Meets Nature

Nic Acaster's artistic path began with a passion for repurposing and reimagining materials, which led to the creation of the Aviary Gallery in 2022.

The gallery is a treasure trove of original pieces, including sculpture, jewellery, paintings, stained glass, cards, and gifts, all crafted by Nic and silversmith Jo Kirby. One of the main attractions is Nic's art project, Walk The Plank, which showcases the transformation of a decommissioned Hastings fishing boat into a work of art.

The Aviary Gallery is also home to the Micro Sculpture Garden, a peaceful oasis where visitors can immerse themselves in art, bird song, and pond life.
