Canvas for Equality Celebrates First Year
Canvas for Equality marks its first birthday with an evening of poetry, music, and discussion. The event features live performances and on-stage discussions about social issues.
People will hear live poetry and music performances from Mazz, Elz, and Felicia Buena at the C4E'S FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY. The event will also include discussions about important social issues, such as race, sexuality, and regional identity. These discussions will be led by the Canvas for Equality collective, who will reflect on the progress made for Kent's marginalised communities.
The collective will ask themselves what has improved for these communities and what still needs to be done, making for a thought-provoking and inspiring evening. The event is a celebration of the collective's first year together and will uplift, excite, and inspire attendees.
The C4E'S FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY will take place on Monday, 2 November 2026, at Where Else? in Margate. Tickets are with the button beside the article.
