Margate 5 Years of Where Else?

At the 5 Years of Where Else? celebration, attendees will see performances by Lunch Money Life, Debdepan, and Tarmac, each offering a distinct sound and style. • Lunch Money Life will bring their unique blend of genres, creating a profound ecstasy that is hard to pin down, with their music composed communally and spontaneously. • Debdepan will perform their sparse and intricate song compositions with moody atmospherics and tightly wound bass grooves, showcasing their talent as a Kent female duo. • Tarmac, a noisy 3-piece formed in south east England, will also take the event by storm with their energetic performance, complemented by DJ sets by Fantastic Scott, Constance Confetti, Charlie EB, and Zoe A.

The celebration will take place on Sunday, 1 November 2026, at Where Else? in Margate, and tickets are on sale: say tickets are with the button beside the article. With its diverse lineup and unique performances, this event is worth attending for anyone looking to experience a wide range of music and genres in one place. Lunch Money Life, in particular, is known for their genreless approach, having met while studying ethnomusicology at SOAS and composed music together without a fixed genre, making them a compelling act to watch.
