Kodaline Intimate Performance

Kodaline's music career began to take shape when they appeared on RTÉ's You're a Star in 2006 as 21 Demands, and they have since developed a distinctive sound that blends indie folk, indie rock, and alternative rock influences.

• Their debut album, In a Perfect World, was released in 2013, followed by Coming Up for Air, Politics of Living, and One Day at a Time, showcasing their growth and experimentation with different sounds. • The band's live album, Our Roots Run Deep, features a stripped-down, 17-track acoustic set, including covers of Michael Jackson's 'Billie Jean' and Sam Cooke's 'Bring It On Home To Me', demonstrating their ability to reimagine and reinterpret classic songs. • Kodaline's music has been featured in various films and television shows, including The Fault in Our Stars and Grey's Anatomy, highlighting their appeal to a wide range of audiences.

The band will be performing at The Ballroom, Dreamland, in Margate on Friday, 30 October 2026, and tickets are on sale with the button beside the article.
