Margate Welcomes J.G.H.D.

Indie and alternative music has a new face in the form of J.G.H.D., a collective of neurodivergent musicians from Canterbury, Kent. • Their music is a testament to their creative chemistry, with tracks like "Gallivanting Griffin" showcasing their playful and energetic sound. • The band's history is marked by a chance meeting through a mutual friend and humble bedroom recordings, which eventually led to the formation of The John Golding Experience in 2011. • With a new lineup in place since 2024, J.G.H.D. has been making waves with their fresh perspectives and authentic energy, as seen in their latest single and plans for a new EP or album.

On Thursday, 5 November 2026, J.G.H.D. will be performing at Where Else? in Margate, with support from Smile You S.O.B and That's Not Ur Cat. Tickets are with the button beside the article. With their unique sound and exciting plans for the future, J.G.H.D.'s gig is sure to be an unmissable event for fans of indie and alternative music.
