At Neon Afterschool, children will explore different art forms, techniques, and styles, culminating in a performance that showcases their work. They will have the opportunity to develop original pieces from scratch, working around a theme agreed upon by the group.
What kind of activities can children expect to do? Neon Afterschool workshops will cover a range of art forms, including spoken word, visual arts, puppetry, costume, special FX, and digital arts, giving children the chance to learn new skills and develop their imagination.
Who will be leading the workshops? The weekly sessions will be led by in-house practitioners Sadie Hurley and James Middleton, with occasional guest artists invited to share their expertise and inspire the children.
