Where Else? (Margate)
What draws you to the darker edges of techno and industrial music? On Saturday, 31 October 2026, Apogee Joe and Sammy Goss will be exploring these very sounds at Where Else? in Margate. Apogee Joe, a DJ and party host, has been throwing parties since 2016, bringing big sounds to small basements and pushing industrial-tinged techno and EBM through events, mixes, and radio.
Apogee Joe's own radio show on Margate Radio, 'Apogee w/ Apogee Joe', showcases his taste in experimental and dub-influenced techno. He has also hosted a residency on Netil Radio and supported notable artists such as VTSS and Parrish Smith. With his collective, Apogee, he aims to explore the murky edges of techno, industrial, dub, and experimental music.
The night's music will be a fusion of Apogee Joe's harder, more experimental leaning techno and Sammy Goss's psychedelic, left-field selections, with propulsive techno underpinning it all. Tickets are with the button beside the article. The event will take place at Where Else? in Margate, with an extended 3am license, making it a must-visit for late-night music enthusiasts.
