Margate Kodaline

Kodaline's live album 'Our Roots Run Deep' is a testament to the band's ability to create raw and unfiltered music, with a stripped-down acoustic sound that showcases their artistry. The album, recorded at the Olympia Theatre in Dublin, features 17 tracks, including covers of classic songs like 'Billie Jean' and 'Bring It On Home To Me'.

The band's history dates back to the mid-2000s, when they formed as 21 Demands in Swords, County Dublin. Over the years, they have evolved and grown, adopting their current name in 2012 and releasing several successful albums, including 'In a Perfect World' and 'Coming Up for Air'. Their music has been described as a blend of indie folk, indie rock, and alternative rock, with influences from notable bands like Radiohead and U2.

On Saturday, 12 December 2026, Kodaline will perform at Where Else? in Margate, celebrating the release of 'Our Roots Run Deep'. Tickets are with the button beside the article.
