Oils Club Launches

For just £30 per session, including basic materials, artists can join the Monthly Oils Club and develop their oil painting skills with guidance from experienced tutors like Gaven Alexander. Gaven Alexander, the artist behind the Monthly Oils Club, is a self-taught oil painter with a particular interest in light and the natural world. He has been leading oil painting sessions at The Horsebridge Arts Centre in Whitstable since at least 2025, including a successful four-week landscape oil course and still life oil sessions.

The Monthly Oils Club will take place at The Horsebridge Arts Centre in Whitstable, starting on Saturday, 7 November 2026, and running until Friday, 11 December 2026.
