You will dive headfirst into the art of collage, making papers from scratch through hand-printing, mark-making, and mono-printing, and then cutting, ripping, and layering them into bold compositions. • Explore the process of creating unique papers and textures through various techniques. • Learn to combine colours and shapes to create one-of-a-kind compositions full of contrast and scale. • Take home the skills and confidence needed to continue exploring collage independently and creatively.

The workshop, led by Anne Davison, is a chance to experience her playful image-making approach, which involves experimenting with colour combinations and shapes. On Tuesday, 3 November 2026, at The Horsebridge Arts Centre, Whitstable, participants will have the opportunity to learn from Anne and create their own collage masterpieces.
