Creative Shadows

In a small town by the sea, a group of professional artists known as Bright Shadow have been perfecting their craft, using creativity to bring people together. Their latest project, the ZEST Bright Shadow Dementia Workshop, is a testament to the power of art and community.

This innovative workshop is designed for individuals with memory problems, people living with dementia, and their families, friends, and carers. The sessions will feature a range of activities, including singing, movement, storytelling, and laughter, all proven to boost wellbeing.
