Free Advice Clinic in Whitstable

The Citizens Advice drop-in clinic will be available every Wednesday from 10.15am to 1pm, with the first session taking place on Wednesday, 4 November 2026, at the Whitstable Umbrella Community Support centre in Whitstable.

The clinic, held in the lounge through the yellow doors at the side of the building, is one of the many support services provided by the Umbrella Centre, a registered charity that focuses on mental health, wellbeing, and social inclusion.

The Umbrella Centre describes itself as a social hub where people can learn new skills, keep fit, access support, and make friends, and the Citizens Advice clinic is an integral part of this mission.
