Laugh Out Loud with Done to Death by Jove!

Gavin Robertson's latest theatrical endeavour originated from his passion for comedy and satire, which has led him to create a series of hilarious shows. His latest production, Done to Death by Jove!, is a spoof of the Great British Detective tradition, bringing together iconic characters like Holmes, Watson, Poirot, and Miss Marple.

In this show, the usual suspects gather to solve the murder of Lady Fanshawe, but with a twist - the other four actors are stuck in a broken-down van on the M6, leaving Sir Gavin of Robertson and Sir Nicholas of Collett to play all the assigned roles. This theatrical challenge adds to the comedic charm of the performance.

The show will take place on Sunday, 4 July 2027, at The Alexander Centre in Faversham. Tickets are with the button beside the article. With its lighthearted and humorous take on the detective genre, Done to Death by Jove! is an event that fans of comedy and satire will not want to pass up.
