Since 2005, Square Pegs Arts has been working tirelessly to provide accessible arts opportunities for children and young adults with learning disabilities and autism, producing original and inspiring theatre that celebrates difference. The charity's team, led by Artistic Director and CEO Beth James, includes experienced professionals such as Lily Vincent-Frankland, Director of Drama & Theatre, and Paul James, Director of Music, who bring their expertise to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

At the Gulbenkian Arts Centre, Square Pegs Arts will be showcasing their work from Friday, 6 November 2026, until Friday, 18 December 2026. The charity's activities include weekly drama groups, monthly singing workshops, and an accessible film club, all designed to help individuals build confidence, develop social communication skills, and form friendships. With a focus on personalised scripts and roles, each participant is encouraged to grow and shine in their own way.
