People will explore their creativity through movement, art, and writing at New Note Dance, a series of sessions designed to support those affected by challenging life issues.
The facilitator, Lauren Dowse, will guide participants in using the Tamalpa Life/Art Process to engage their body, focus their mind, and open their imagination. Each session will delve into the principles and themes of recovery, providing a safe space for connection and creativity.
