Are you looking for a fun and inclusive way to boost your fitness, mood, and confidence? • Expect easy-to-follow routines and global beats in a friendly, judgement-free atmosphere at the Brighthelm Auditorium. • With over 10 years of experience as a licensed ZIN instructor, Monica Zammit, known as Mon, creates a welcoming space for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. • Her classes combine Latin, Afrobeat, Dancehall, Soca, Pop, and Bhangra, with routines that can be modified for any fitness level, making it perfect for ages 15+.
The Zumba with Mon class will take place every Tuesday from 3 November 2026 to 22 December 2026 at the Brighthelm Centre, Brighton. Tickets are with the button beside the article.
