Dateless Wonder Club Launch Little Death

Dateless Wonder Club hail from Brighton, a city that has nurtured their synth-driven post punk sound. The band's origins may be shrouded in mystery, but their music is unmistakable - a melodic, dark alt-rock that draws from the margins of society. With a line-up featuring vocals, keys, drums, guitar, bass, and keytar, Dateless Wonder Club creates a rich tapestry of sound that is both haunting and beautiful.

Their debut EP, A Bigger Hiding, was launched in 2024, and since then, the band has been gaining momentum. Listeners have drawn comparisons to the B52's, David Byrne, and the Pixies, citing the band's unique blend of post-punk, alt rock, and synth pop elements. The guitar work, in particular, has been likened to the likes of REM, Tindersticks, Graham Coxon, and Pavement. With the release of their second EP, Little Death, produced and mixed by James Gasson of Third Circle Recordings, Dateless Wonder Club is poised to take their sound to new heights.

The band's music is characterized by its strong narrative focus, with character studies that draw from the underbelly of human experience. This is reflected in their dark alt-rock sound, which is both melancholic and mesmerizing. With the addition of new guitarist Simon and Niall's move to bass, the band's sound is likely to evolve further. As they prepare to launch Little Death at The Prince Albert on Wednesday, 4 November 2026, fans can expect a captivating performance that showcases the band's unique sound.
