Sittingbourne Tribute to Simon and Garfunkel

The Sounds of Simon tribute act originated from a passion for the wonderful music of Simon and Garfunkel, aiming to recreate the iconic duo's sound with just two voices and one guitar.

What kind of music can audiences expect to hear? The Old Friends Duo tour features a range of classics, including Mrs Robinson and Homeward Bound, as well as some lesser-known songs like A Most Peculiar Man and A Poem on the Underground Wall, all showcasing Paul Simon's skill as a songwriter.

Who brings this tribute to life? Paul and Art are portrayed by talented performers who not only replicate the beautiful harmonies flawlessly but also incorporate elements of the famously fractious relationship between the two musicians.

When and where can people experience this tribute? The tribute will be held at The Avenue Theatre in Sittingbourne, with performances from Saturday, 22 May 2027, to Sunday, 26 September 2027, and tickets or details are available with the button beside this article.
