Salsa & Flow™ presents: The Halloween Masquerade Ball took place 31 Oct 2026 at Fabrica (Brighton).
As you step into the Salsa & Flow Halloween Masquerade Ball, you'll be immersed in an evening of salsa, music, and movement, all while hiding behind a mask. The evening begins with a choice of two workshops: one for those new to salsa, where you'll learn accessible foundations and explore confidence and connection, and another for those already comfortable with the basics, where you'll delve into more adventurous Halloween-themed moves. Both workshops will come together for a collective moment called The Unmasking, where you'll shed your mask and bring your newfound confidence into the dance.
The workshops are designed to be enjoyable and engaging, with partner rotation giving you the chance to dance with different people. You don't need to bring a partner or have any prior dance experience – complete beginners are welcome. The focus is on feeling comfortable and expressive on the dance floor, and the supportive environment is perfect for trying something new. After the workshop, the floor opens up for a Halloween salsa social, complete with animations, rueda, a special performance, and plenty of dancing.
Salsa & Flow, the organisation behind the event, describes itself as a place where dance meets mindfulness, aiming to help people feel confident, connected, and fully expressed. The business offers salsa, mindfulness, and somatic coaching in Brighton, and is run by women.
