On Friday, 20 November 2026, at the Theatre Royal Brighton in Brighton, Welsh National Opera will present a Family Concert that is open to everyone. The event will be led by presenter Elin Llwyd, who will guide the audience through the myths of Ancient Greece, Rome, and Wales, using music, dance, and spectacular lights to bring gods, creatures, and legends to life.
The concert will feature the WNO Orchestra, and attendees will have the opportunity to listen, clap, and take on challenges, all while discovering the power of orchestral music. The event is designed to be inclusive, with ear defenders and sensory bags available, as well as English and Welsh captions to help follow the action.
The concert will last about one hour, with no interval, and is designed to be a pressure-free experience, where children are encouraged to make sounds, react, and join in. Tickets and details for the Welsh National Opera Family Concert are available with the button beside this article.
