Dance Opportunities Unfold

South East Dance, a Brighton-based arts charity, was established in 1997 to support dance artists based in the South East region to develop their careers. The organisation has been an Arts Council England regularly funded organisation since 2000 and operates from The Dance Space on Circus Street, a building with three studios and a 123-seat performance room.

The Dance Space, located in the Circus Street development in Brighton city centre, is home to various classes and workshops, including an autumn class timetable that runs from Monday 20 July to Thursday 24 December 2026. A Dance and Moving Image course will also be available from Wednesday 4 November to Wednesday 2 December 2026, offering a new way of seeing movement on screen.
