On Wednesday, 4 November 2026, Empower Her: 90s and 00s Dance will take place at South East Dance at The Dance Space in Brighton, running until Wednesday, 16 December 2026. This weekly class is designed for adult women, including female-identifying and non-binary dancers, of all experience levels, and features simple, vibey dance choreography to iconic 90s and 00s R&B tracks.
The class is taught by Vicky Critolph, who also leads the group's Friday beginners heels class, Empower Her Beginners Heels. With a focus on commercial, sexy R&B style, the choreography is beginner-level and designed to be fun and empowering.
Empower Her: 90s and 00s Dance is a great opportunity for women to get moving, feel confident, and enjoy their favourite music.
