Brighton Comedy

What happens when two friends, one silly and the other crude, try to change each other and restore dignity to their relationship? This is the central theme of Dignity Off, a comedy show that will be performed at the Caroline of Brunswick in Brighton from Sunday, 2 May 2027 to Tuesday, 4 May 2027. The show features Sunjai Arif and Matt Roseblade, two comedians who are well-known for their unique brands of humour.

Sunjai Arif, the winner of the Bath Comedy Festival New Act in 2019, is paired with Matt Roseblade in this debut show that has been revamped after a decade. The format of the show remains the same, but the comedians have had ten years to hone their craft and develop their comedic styles. Despite the passage of time, the show is expected to remain shambling and chaotic, which is part of its charm.

The show's ability to balance silly and crude humour is a key aspect of its appeal. Sunjai and Matt's contrasting styles create a dynamic that is both entertaining and engaging. The fact that they are trying to change each other adds an extra layer of complexity to the show, as they navigate their differences and try to find a sense of dignity in their relationship.
