Jim White Hits Brighton

Jim White is set to perform at Komedia Brighton, supported by Ben De La Cour, on Sunday, 1 November 2026. White, a Southern Gothic singer-songwriter, has had a varied career, releasing critically acclaimed solo albums, producing records for other artists, and exhibiting his visual art in galleries and museums across the US and Europe.

With a unique sound that has been featured in films and television shows, including Breaking Bad and El Camino, White's music is a must-experience for Americana fans. His songs often tell stories of desperate characters, and his "Americanoir" sound shines a light on the human condition. Ben De La Cour, who will be supporting White, is also known for his visceral songwriting and gothic folk songs that are both heartbreaking and beautiful.

As a natural storyteller, White's performances are not just about the music, but also about the stories and experiences that have shaped his life and career. With a debut novel, Incidental Contact, and a collection of essays, Skirmishes with the Lord, under his belt, White's talents extend far beyond music. On Sunday, 1 November 2026, at Komedia Brighton in Brighton, fans can experience his unique sound and storytelling firsthand. Tickets are on sale: say tickets are with the button beside the article.
