1 Nov 2026 – 25 Nov 2026

The Grange (Brighton)

Originating from different artistic backgrounds, Mark Munroe-Preston, Alan Pearce, and Gareth Hayward come together to present their works in the From The Earth exhibition. Mark Munroe-Preston, a Yorkshire-born artist, began his career as a still-life photographer in London before moving to Sussex in 2001, where he developed his unique style of merging landscape photographs with paintings, drawings, textures, and found objects.

Mark's work often focuses on trees, and he titles each piece with the GPS coordinates of the original photograph. His limited edition prints appear on brushed aluminium or archival paper, and his work is held in galleries and public spaces, including a hotel in Sussex. In contrast, Alan Pearce brings his architectural precision to ceramic art, while Gareth Hayward paints landscapes in Acrylic and Oil.

The exhibition will take place at The Grange in Brighton from Sunday, 1 November 2026, until Wednesday, 25 November 2026. Tickets are with the button beside the article. With their diverse styles and techniques, these three artists offer a fresh perspective on the natural world, making From The Earth an exhibition worth visiting.
