Are you ready to experience the vibrant energy of Porthleven, a small Cornish coastal town, through the eyes of abstract painter Ashley Hanson? On Saturday, 31 October 2026, the Kellie Miller Arts Gallery in Brighton will host a selection of paintings from Hanson's Porthleven series, which has been ongoing since 2008.

He has won several prizes, including the joint prize at the Canvas & Cream Art Prize in 2012, and was elected to the Newlyn Society of Artists in 2014.
