Eastbourne Family Day

At Towner in Eastbourne, families will discover a variety of creative activities inspired by autumn and folklore, led by artists Ting Cheng and Rose Miller.

• Paper and cardboard mask making will allow participants to unleash their creativity and take home their own imaginative creations. • A collaborative humanoid figure decoration activity will bring people together to create a unique piece of art. • Families can also create their own familiars using salt dough, exploring the possibilities of this tactile material.

On Friday, 30 October 2026, Towner will host this Family Day, offering a range of activities across the building, including quiet spaces like the Ravilious Collection Library and sensory bags with noise-cancelling headphones and fidgets. Tickets and details for this free event are available with the button beside this article, and caregivers are required to stay with their children throughout the session.
