Create Natural Inks from Plants

You will be working with fresh seasonal plants and dried plant material to create a range of colourful drawing inks, experimenting with different techniques to produce unique hues.

• Learn how to make natural inks from a variety of plant sources, including flowers, leaves, roots, and bark. • Experiment with natural modifiers, such as lemon juice, to alter and enhance individual colours. • Intermix inks to extend your natural palette and create new shades and tones.

At the end of the day, you will have the opportunity to take home your notes, colour samples, and a natural ink of your own creation, as well as the skills and knowledge to continue exploring the world of botanical ink making.
