Free Cinema Tickets for Babies

On Monday, 19 October 2026, Depot in Lewes will start its weekly Parent & Baby screenings, running every Monday until 30 November 2026. These screenings are exclusively for parents or carers with babies under 12 months, providing a chance to catch up on cinema in a relaxed atmosphere. Babies can sleep, babble, or cry, and they go free, while parents or carers receive a free hot drink with their cinema ticket.

The films shown are intended for adult audiences and may contain content that is upsetting to some attendees, so parents are advised to check BBFC guidance before booking. Depot provides facilities such as baby-change, booster seats, and high chairs, as well as food and drink options. However, please note that only a limited number of buggies and prams can be accommodated in the auditorium.

Depot, run by Lewes Community Screen, a registered charity, offers these screenings as a unique opportunity for parents and carers to enjoy cinema with their babies. The screenings include Descriptive Subtitling when available, and the sound is lowered with the lights left up so parents can see. Tickets are with the button beside the article.
