De La Warr Pavilion (Bexhill-on-Sea)
The whirlwind that whisks Dorothy and Toto away to the land of Oz sets the tone for a chaotic and hilarious adventure. When a broken sat nav and talking scarecrows are added to the mix, it's clear that this production of The Wizard of Oz will be a far cry from the traditional tale.
The team at Diana Freedman's School of Dance and Performing Arts is behind this reimagined classic, bringing their expertise in music, dance, and performance to the production. With flying monkeys, sparkly shoes, and a cast of eccentric characters, this pantomime promises to deliver all the expected elements of the genre.
The Wizard of Oz will run from Saturday, 5 December 2026 to Sunday, 13 December 2026 at the De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill-on-Sea. For tickets or more details, click the button beside this article.
